Our Returns, Exchanges and Damages Policy.

At Great Music Lives Forever, we aim to provide high-quality music and merchandise to customers worldwide. Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any purchased items if you have changed your mind. This policy applies to both local (Australia) and International orders and includes products such as CDs, vinyl records, DVDs, and merchandise.

Please review your order carefully, including product details, sizes, and quantities, to ensure it is correct before finalising your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Products

While we strive to ensure all items are delivered in perfect condition, e understand issues may arise during transit. Please note the following conditions for reporting damaged or faulty products:

  1. For Australian Orders:
    • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any damaged or faulty items.
    • Provide clear photos of the damage or fault, along with photos of the packaging, and send them to
    • If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement product or store credit. Replacements will be shipped free of charge within Australia.
  2. For International Orders:
    • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any damaged or faulty items.
    • Provide clear photos of the damage or fault, along with photos of the packaging, and send them to greatmusiclivesforever@ambitionmusic.com.au.
    • For approved claims, we will provide a replacement or store credit. However, additional shipping charges may apply for international replacements.

Please note: We are not responsible for damages caused by mishandling after delivery.

Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories.

Packaged merchandise must be unopened.

We will only process returns and refunds only for items purchased from Great Music Lives Forever Website.

  1. Please write down the reason for your return and your Receipt Number (from your original order)
  2. Wrap the merchandise securely and package for return.

Shipping and Delivery Issues:

  1. Lost Packages (Australian Orders):
    If your package is lost in transit, contact us at greatmusiclivesforever@ambitionmusic.com.au with your order details. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if the package cannot be found.
  2. Lost Packages (International Orders):
    For international orders, if your package is lost in transit, we will liaise with the courier to investigate.
    • If deemed lost, we will provide store credit or offer a replacement at our discretion.
    • International shipping charges for replacements may apply.

Customs and Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties required by their country. Great Music Lives Forever is not liable for delays or additional charges incurred during customs clearance.
